Continental Sport contact 7 VS

I am getting close to replacing original MPSS 245/265 with 255/275 35 R19

I have plenty of room and run 2.25 degrees of -ve camber and 9.5x19 ET22 and 10.5x9 ET37.5 (45 with Turner 7.5 hub centric spacers)

I am thinking Continental Sport Contact 7, or MPSS (do the rears first and then the fronts later), or possibly see if the Yoko AD09's become available

I definitely dont want MPS4S, probably not MPSC2 as it will be driven in the cold and wet. I also dont want a 265/30, 285/30 combination as I think they look too thin.

Any other thoughts, I am in the UK so some of the later Goodyears don't seem to be available. I'm after feel and dry grip over great wet performance and only do 5-8k miles a year

Any thoughts and experiences appreciated

I read a glowing review of the C Sport Contact 7. Unfortunately I have yet to see them in the US. I might give them a try if I could find them.

I don't think Continental will ever import these to the US in anything but OE designations. Their stance seems to be that the ExtremeContact line is the aftermarket summer tire for North America.

Op, did you ever end up going with 7’s?

I see they’re now in the US, and I purchased for me x3m, but I have some people telling me they’re horrible.

I’m hoping they are thinking about the 6’s.

With OE sizes only in the US, nothing for the M2 (only two 19", 245/45-19 and 265/35-19 from https://www.tirerack.com/tires/conti...sportcontact-7).

In the review of the MP4S vs ExtremeContact Sport 02, reviewer briefly mentions assumed differences of the ECS2 and SPC7.

I cannot say a bad thing about the Goodyear F1 Supersports on the F80
