I'm not sure. I just troll the Allocation Forum, as I have no info. I won't be calling my dealers (plural) until spring to see how far I moved up the lists (plural).

Too soon to tell, latest batch just came out.

With holidays it may change a bit but in general, mid-second week of the month.

I'm not liking this read at all. Not sure of this ass clowns sources but makes me worry that I will miss "das boot". I was told I would not see my car until Sep 2017.

"That said, production will reportedly stop at the end of 2017".

This "article" looks like click bait to me. Its not consistent with anything that BMW has stated about M2 production unless they are interpreting the LCI as a new model. I am happy to have my car on the boat and will enjoy it. If something changes with the M2 model down the road it won't impact my enjoyment.

I placed my order in February of this year and was told I was #31 at my dealership. Just got an email from them and was told I am now #5 and that I would be able to configure my car in the first half of next year.

Dropping like flies. Pretty vague guess about when you get the car. If dealer had 3 allocations this last round, you might be looking at the April- June build run, but could be sooner if others drop and production finally ramps.

Looking like I'll be in this boat, was #4 back in July and now I'm #2, dealer keeps telling me I'll be in the first batch of 2017, let's see if it happens!

Production will not ramp up. It will remain the same. The plant is at full capacity with the new X2 starting there soon. You cant even get a 230 or M240 right now either.

It would be any car that goes into production after July 1 , 2017

Same here I have just one person ahead of me! I'm expecting early next year at the latest. Who knows maybe there might be more allocations for the remaining of the year!

delivery will be perfect. i was tempted to let the last round skip me...but i figured i would get the car late jan? (Mid november build) and then just tough it out for a month. will also give me time to do tints and other minor things before the weather breaks
