LOL. Poor guy. Proof it pays not to be a dick!

FWIW I told my dealer very clearly not to remove the expected white plastic covers from the roof, bonnet & boot on my car. When it arrived I was supposed to find there was none. I was sceptical.... but I know my dealer well having purchased many cars from them so they knew exactly what I'm like. We could only assume it was removed at 'port' before delivery to the dealer.... I suspect this guy flipped out without ever talking to his dealer like a fellow human being!

Agreed a little give and take works wonders, we can ask but its not always possible for specific instructions to be adhered to, especially if they contradict the poor car prep guys job instructions.

Hopefully they'll agree to the previous price then, the list price has just increased a couple of hundred quid.

Mine arrives next this week so not affected by the price increase.
