This might sound silly but I have to ask, do you think PPF would be as necessary in areas where there is no snow (eg most of Australia)?

Stunning area. Do they use salt on the roads in the Swiss alps? I would imagine summer driving is incredible.

When the snow ends! My E39 with snow wheels is very safe and predictable in all but the worst winter weather. No sense springing for winter wheels for the CS this year. Was tempted to take it out tonight to pick up dinner; glad I didn't, roads were icing over after sunset.

Instead I sat in the driveway and loaded some CDs onto the hard drive. If you haven't tried out the HK audio with a proper CD, it sounds better than music from the phone and far, far better than the radio. First time I actually enjoyed the sound system.

I am still dailying my X5 lease, which I never loaded CD's into. I am now loading 4-5 CD's per day while commuting so I can export them and then import the whole library to the CS when done.

Yes roads are salty... but it would be too dangerous if they didn't put salt on the roads.
We are lucky in my area because there are a lot of nice mountain roads...

First wash completed.

The 763 are actually more effort than the 788. Why? A) They are bloody gloss black. You know, like cleaning a gloss black car that gets covered in brake dust!
B) Things are much more visible. Therefore you have to be much more thorough.
I enjoyed it though. Yes I am weird.

The cup 2 C is a bit wider than the PSS. It also has a big rim protector. No "stretched" look on the rear.

Love that top-down view; but interesting the car looks longer and skinnier than from ground level. Your MB is really radiant and reflecting. Do you have PPF on it yet?

Thanks. Camera angles can do strange things.

For some reason, in the metal, the flared rear guards on this car look way wider than my former HS M2C. I had an argument with my brother that they are the same and that it is an optical illusion. He wouldn't believe me.

No PPF for me. I'm one of those obsessive cleaning types. It's a masochistic pleasure.

Lack of PPF shows in the brilliance, I think. Such a seductive roofline. That is one complex CF part! jessief29812's close-up of the front corner of the roof really brings home the design.

Can't admire my own atm .. it's covered in snow

I don't know what it is, but you just don't get to appreciate the true genius of the car until you've seen the bird's-eye view of it

Those contours are simply Devine

BTW, you hid the PJs well when taking your aerial shots, unlike some others lmao

Look into having them ceramic coated. Baked on brake dust doesn't stand a chance. Even from a few weekends of track use. The brake dust comes off with ease. The Ceramic coating actually makes the wheels pop even more also. Which benefits my BSM exterior.
