My car arrived on Monday, and I called today to find out when I could expect it to arrive at the dealership (about 50 miles from the port).

So it turns out that there were some rough seas on the way over, and a tire and wheel have been damaged. The really frustrating thing is that they're now on back order

Any idea how long I might have to wait?

Did you call the dealer or NA? I'm sitting at the port since last Friday and don't know any good details yet.

I'd spoken to the geniuses before, called my dealer yesterday and they came back with info today.

I'd make a big stink with BMW NA. In a case like this, they should be able to take the wheel out of factory stock and send it to your dealer immediately. What ship were you on?

Dover Highway. I just called the dealership, who said there is no current ETA, and my SA's out of town until Saturday.
