He can advertise it for $200k. Doesn't mean he will get it.

Century BMW (the seller) in SoCal has had this car for months now on the lot. They actually called me to ask if I was interested in buying from them. I laughed in their face.

Maybe their approach is "no such thing as bad publicity"
I feel like everyone knows Century West by name across the country due to their insane marked up M vehicles. I went to Beverly Hills BMW and got one 2 months ago at MSRP. I have to think that they will eventually drop their prices. |

They will hold the M'2s until they get way over sticker, they still have a 1M with 500 miles on it and white and have had it on the showroom for years....the only one I think they will deal on is the LBB 2016 which has a bunch of extras on it, it comes with the better warranty and bit lower sticker price...

Fuck em. If they want to tie up their money in the form of inventory on their lot; I won't stop them. They now have 6 of them sitting in the lot.

They sell a lot of cars and do have deals.....but they are far and few between , but they blow out cars on last years or 2 year old models that is when they are forced to sell them, recently in I think August they had about 20 2015 new cars that they would either have to buy directly from BMW or blow them out.
I was looking for a DD and got a loaded 335i sticker at 65,500 for 50,500 and when I got there they honored the price, they some X6 M's at 30K off sticker....new cars with like 100 miles on them...that is where I saw the 1M white with like 500miles on it, looks new on the second floor...they had simply kept the cars too long....I don't see that happening with the M'2s...I think they are gonna hold on to those..... |
