Amazing how people assume all products from a particular vendor are "garbage" if they personally have a bad experience.

Due diligence before any install will do wonders to an outcome of an install.

I like not paying M tax.
We deal with that enough haha.

No worries, we have plenty of independent reviews on the website that represent our brands quality, fitment and service pretty well. There's even forum links for those who are skeptical of the authenticity.
