Possible diff. issue?

Hi everyone, I'm the proud owner of a 17 M2 and I purchased the car in 2020. Recently I noticed a weird abnormality with the car. By random chance, when I start the car (no matter what time of the day) to drive and step on the gas pedal (no matter the gas input), sometimes the car will jerk back and forth. Initially, it feels like the clutch slipping, but it is most likely coming from the rear. It does not happen all the time, but it is happening more frequently. Also, I noticed the same jerky motion when I attempted to make a full U-turn (turning the steering wheel all the way to the left).

Has anyone experienced this before? Is it the diff. dying?

Thanks.

How many miles, has the diff every been serviced and does it vary based on the driving mode you're in? Also does it happen only when cold?

With that I think it'll allow people to better help.
