brake ducts
I was surprised the OG didn't have any brake ducts while the m2c at least had it (p/n 51748073527). Has anyone attempted to retrofit this?

No, but there are aftermarket options out there. I’m following the advice to avoid the complexity unless absolutely necessary, and I’m not there yet.

Just surprising with all the grill real estate and complaints from track folls about fade that you don’t see a modest attempt in brake cooling . I came from an e36 m3 which even at 240hp warranted brake ducts for prolong track use.
I see a lot of aftermarket lips that create a little ducting underneath the bumper. Perhaps I will fab something behind it and run some flex duct pointing to the fromt brakes. |
