BBS FI R Question

3/4 of my wheels came in (boo to the missing wheel). i also got a hardware package for centering rings.

the center bore on the wheels are marked 72.5mm, which is what i would expect. i'm wondering why i got an extra hardware kit that has the same center bore?

should i not use the hardware kit?

I'm sorry I'm not really able to answer your question properly and will now ask you another question.
Are you putting these wheels on a M2 and if so, what size tires are you using?

Detailers domain are running BBS FI-R's on their M2. I'd recommend asking them about this!

you right. read the question too fast.

going with stock tires for now, then when they wear out, probably look into a bit beefier tire.

I believe the detailers domain car had beefier tires but caused slight rubbing in the rear so they went back to stock tires.

I did a lot of digging on their setup a few weeks back lol.

I'm looking to get myself a set but unsure what to do. I kind of don't want to drop that much money and have to stretch out the stock tires. Hopefully if you're lowered on BMW's M performance coilovers at the recommended setting we could go with a 255/275 setup and have no issues.

The center rings were most likely put in the box by mistake. You should not need those. In fact, if you try to install the wheels with the rings, they will not fit over the hub.

I went back to stock set up guys, will probably do an alignment to get some more camber and see if I can zero out the rubbing, I'm slammed so even on stock under heavy load I will rub, that's 600 lbs extra in my car going over some very uneven payment and dips in the road. (NY/NJ/CT/PA) roads suck LOL
