Mine came off yesterday and I was able to transport everything in my car instead of playing musical cars.

LOL, I washed my car and waxed it about 3 weeks ago when we had a very nice warm day. And did not drive it for three weeks. The brakes were noisy as hell for the first 10 miles. LOL.
I see a "spare" in the trunk! I have a dedicated spare (my 9th wheel) and a jack for long trips. I am not messing with an inflation situation! Mike

I had the same thing happen on my RS6! First day drove it home in the snow and swapped out the snows which I had delivered from Tire Rack a few days before. The VERY first spring day I swapped them back I dropped my kid off at his friends house and got a nail in the tire! Had 5 miles on it maybe! Dam. Plugs are fine dam it.

I am now using the secret weapon of second car just in case! LOL.
But I agree, got caught on April 1 snow storm in my 97 M3 in New Hampshire. We had a 1/2 in of snow on road which made it very dicy to get home! From then on I kept one rear snow in the trunk until April 15. Mike
