I wasn't a fan of the orange on the 1m maybe you'll get lucky with the LCI. Can't go wrong with a BMW in blue.

I really find you lose the lines/aggressive flares in black and it looks too much like an m235i.

I am sold. The overall shape of the car looks best in black to me. I am not as concerned with the lines of the car. I don't think it's a handsome car, so a little toning down is fine by me. The car will be a sleeper rocket ship. But I understand others wanting their M car to stand out.

I agree with u totally. black is definitely a sleeper and downright mean. I usually go for black, gray or white color cars but this time around I think I'm going with LBB. time for a little attention whoring

Looks very good in the newly added photos, very elegant. This is the color I would get if I liked keeping it super clean at all times.

BSM is the only colour to still look good with the Winter Wheels.
By far the best colour for me.

Garage List
I love BSM. In the showroom. I hate my paint otherwise because every little nick, dent, scratch and speck of dirt shows up easily. Also, it has the worst case of orange peel on any black from any manufacturer. I could wash it twice a day and it would still never look clean. But it did look awesome in the showroom with 21 km on it!

I would have loved a silver, that would hide the imperfections much better. I ended up ordering blue because I've never owned a blue vehicle yet.

I'm surprised so many people leave their black paint "naked". If I were to get black I would wrap the entire car in a clear bra immediately.

I would do the protective coating on any color since I intend to keep my M2 for a long time.

From the quotes I have gotten back it is cheaper to re-paint the whole frontend after a few years than to put on Xpel. So I have a hard time justifying it to be honest but as always I bet the prices to get it installed are way better on your side of the Atlantic Ocean.

The car stays cleaner with a full clear bra or Opticoat. Dirt sticks less, less washing, less time spent maintaining.

I will for sure get some kind of coating. I was just referring to the paint protection film as it only adds the stone chip protection basically.

As a black M235i driver I think black is kind of "dull". In black it doesn't have the presence like a black M4 has.

My choice would be LBB without thinking twice.

If BMW offers more colors with the LCI update I'd probably go for mineral white as I don't like AW at all.

I'm digging this shot. With 19's and some wider wheels this car will look absolutely mean . As a previous owner of a couple black cars including a CB e46 m3, I probably won't go BSM due to the dust in AZ, but that doesn't mean it won't look bad ass clean!

i cant quite pinpoint it but the rear looks the best in BSM, i think its got something to do with hiding the black plastic panels..they look cheap on the other colors IMO, also i think the lights and reflectors contrast better

im really looking forward to seeing the complete finished summer mode in BSM
