Dimpled M Performance rotors when the stock car has 4 drilled rotors? Why are they showing M235i M Performance BBK?
In the video from they just mention M Performance sport brake pads and not rotors and calipers.

I will say that releasing parts to improve the car (ignoring the debate over whether its cosmetic or performance related improvements) before standard equipment details are fully understood is a terrible marketing move. I mean bad, really bad.

That's what I figured. And it's confusing because it is not stated there that the BBK is for the M235i.

The car probably handles as well stock for 95% of the population and only the other 5% will truly extract the performance out of the setup. Let's remember coilovers are for counterweight adjustment or corner weight balance. This means sharing the weight for maximal grip at each corner. Coilovers with adjustable dampening is for cars that will be tracked. Comfort is not a big ingredient here. Comfort- sport - sport+ are not what this setup looks to offer. I.e. Not to offer touring, city, spirited driving. Instead, it seems to be track A, auto cross track, drift course, slalom etc. If you as a user fall in the track choice crowd, then coilovers are for you. If you seek to adjust to your daily driving habits coilovers will never be for you on any car. Coilovers always make a car lower, stiffer and will wear tires if not corner weighted correctly!!!! Dedicated pro setup will extract performance out of the car when driven at 9/10ths and faster. There are little or no returns for daily drivers since you give up comfort, inherently in a coilover setup. |

1. Kidneys (YES)
2. Carbon fiber Spoiler (YES) 3. Side Wings (Maybe) 4. Steering wheel (ABSOFUC*INGLUTLEY) 5. Stripes God no! 6. M-Performance Exhaust (Meh akrapovic is the way to go) Combine that with a glossy roof wrap and the car is perfect then its just tuning left tune to 420 bhp then it should be enough to enjoy it for the rest of the time that you have it.

Talking about exhausts/aural effects, am I the only one who is feeling the silence on active sound in M2? I do not recall any official or unofficial information on ASD? or have I missed it?
