Hello, all! Long time, no see. Unfortunately, I can't make it out this weekend. Other obligations, but will try to make it to the next meet up.
As for the G87, no thank you to the looks, or the feel. I have extensive seat time in the G80/82 at the Performance Center and the G87 is very similar. It is just not what I want in an M car these days. It is porky, very bulky looking, and very very modern. None of this is what I love about my F87 CS. Which leads me to the next step... swcc50, we need to talk P cars. Inbox me here or send me an email please so we can start a discussion. evan_peterson@hotmail.com Don't worry, fellow M2 owners, I am not getting rid of the CS anytime soon (or ever!). |

Please let us know your thoughts going from a Boxster GTS to an M2? Any regrets? Happy with M2? Also, since you work on Saturdays, would your dealer mind if we visited you one of these GTGs and lined up our M2s at Porsche Grapevine? Would make for a funny scene! |

Please make sure we don’t drive like jack wagons as that will be what causes issues. As far as going from a 2019 Boxster GTS to a M2 Comp, the boxster felt way more planted, and had a very different power delivery down low. The M2 is just like a go-kart, goes where I want it, gets squirley when I goose it a bit, and just puts a smile on my face everytime I get into it. The Manual in the m2 feels very soft in conparison, the porsche is very crisp and precise. I do however like the rev match on the m2 a little better. Now if I had the ability to get a Cayman GTS/ GT4 right now I would jump on it in a heartbeat. But allocations are for customers right now, and I’m ok with that.

If Sungillest does not get the trunk mat, I will! Never seen the performance mats on the other hand. |

Would love to go to this if anyone else is going. We can carpool. What is the day/time for this event? Does it have a website? |

Gents:
It looks like Saturday am is 15% chance of rain with partly sunny weather. High of 90 degrees. So we are still set for meeting at Top Golf at 10:30am Sat (May 6). Address: Top Golf 3760 Blair Oaks Dr, The Colony, TX 75056 If chance of rain goes up, we will need to reschedule. Stay tuned. By the way, I believe the Cars & Cantina will be going on this Sat as well; So, if you like, you can check that out then drive over to Top Golf across 121 right after. Looking forward to seeing everyone!! |

Here are my M Performance mats. The fronts could probably use a little power washing. Paid about $200. Selling $120.
