Damn, that looks nice. How hard is it to get the handbrake off (Did they use some superglue or something similar) and put the new one on?

The handbrake was the easiest part. It just a friction fit to the bar/rod...Took about a minute. You just unclip the alcantara sleeve then pull it off. IND has a DIY in the modification section.

It's a swap. Got it from JBSpeed.
I ordered a week ago and they just shipped today supposedly and they said it would take 2 more weeks. 3 weeks total. Is that how long you waited? Very disappointing.

I really wonder what it's like to own an M2. I wish I had one.

Going on 4 out of 5 weeks without the ///M; what do you do when you are out of the country and spend jetlagged nights on the Internet? You buy things

When I get home, I'll have a BMS intake, clutch stop, CF mirror caps, eBay LED turn signal bulbs, MP e-brake handle and a couple of little cosmetic things to install. Oh yeah and I finally get to drive the car with a DP and muffler bypass...

Not many BMW's here in Japan. Lots of MB's and Porsches. Driving on the opposite side is nerve-wracking to say the least...

But the food is absolutely fantastic..

That last picture...domestic flight from Nagoya to Hokkaido. The plane had Recaro seats. Not as supportive as one would think

Checked the status through the BMW phone number, still at 111. That's all I can do for now. Looking forward to getting a production date and then obsessing over when the next phase will happen.

Funny you mention this, I have not gotten the clear bra because no one has a full hood and fender pattern for the M2, according to the guy I was working with. So, that's not done. I need to ask some others. Not sure who all he asked. I prefer full hood and fender. M otherwise, the other stuff is just normal.

For FULL hood and fenders? Do you know what brand has it... I was wondering the same thing. Allegedly, 3M does not.

So apparently, if you start the car, put it in sport and make a hard turn, this is what happens. It's happened to me everytime.
