Have a Montego Blue E92, don't like LBB, about 40% MW to 60% MG. Saw a MG M4 at the dealer and thought it looked really good.

I thought I was going to go for mineral grey. I like the dark car with all the black performance parts. However having seen a number of cars at BMW in MG, I am off the idea. Its a boring dull shade of grey. BMW makes much better shades of grey then this

White - Apline white - my M235i is Mineral white. A much nicer shade of white in my opinion. SO Apline white is out for me

Black - looks good. But scatches show up way to easily and it hides the lines of the car too much.

Which leaves me with LBB - was really off it having seen two X6Ms in the showroom. The colour was much more green/turqouoise then I carred for. However seeing it under natural light its much more blue then it was in the showroom. More representative of the official photos
Well if none of the colors fit you then the most obvious thing is AW white pay no extra cost for the paint job and add a full body wrap with all white details wrapped both the inside and outside. Cost a bit more, But then you can choose any color you want.

I think that makes the choice even harder for us.

Mines going to be a semi daily/fun car, first thoughts were I wanted something under the radar as I have another car thats loud/bright.

Quite like the grey with black/carbon bits but im not overly taken by MG, I had a diesel 1 series in MG and its a bit of a boring grey. Would have prefered something similar to Nardo or maybe a little darker than that.

Black. Think it looks great but dont fancy having to keep it scratch free.

LBB. Love it but never had a blue car and maybe its too look at me has a daily.

White. Again love it but seems the easy/boring choice. I do think white will look great with all the carbon extras fitted.

Its probably between blue and white for me. Which I know are the two most in your face colours, which contradicts my opening statement of wanting something under the radar. Confused.

I came across these videos, which show the M235i in very high definition. Obviously this is not the M2 and LBB is not represented, but you can see the other three colors in nice clear live video. Try taking a look.

My brother got a 435 in Black Sapphire and it looks really excellent for about an hour then all dust shows- I love the Mineral Gray on my 435GC doesn't show any swirls, dust shows but not anything like BSM (and living in Texas the entire state is under construction and the dust blows free even in huge cities) and MG is a great darker color that shows all of the features of the car design and not the dust as much. But you can get a "California Duster" and it works great - if its constant rain showing rain spots cant help ya there.

I agree. Still leaning heavily towards MG. I keep trying to convince myself to like LBB, but I can't. White is white, and black is black.

Always difficult too choose wise on colors.

The way I do look at it;

I used to drive a E46 M3 TiAG just beautiful, an E92 M3 Black, E82 1M BSM, and I must admit I`m a little tired of black, although a classy color.

And now for something completely different; LBB

AW, good color, BSM good color, but non ///M specific, also a lot of these colors driving around.

MG, have serious doubts, I can`t place this one, very light depended, sometimes sparkling, but mostly some kind of dull IMHO, it is my least favorite one.

LBB is ///M color only of the 4 available, yes it is in your face, yes it will be noticed, but then again; the whole M2 package is in your face, screaming all over the place.......
It will be a perfect match with the blue stitching, just awesome IMO

Have to admit, must see it IRL before ordering

The more pics I see, the more I'm convinced that LBB is the only color I would even consider.

I was in the AW or LBB camp but seeing how the white really shows off the panel gaps and emphasis that square bonnet, it's LBB all day long. Oh and Trish is a fox.

I love the AW because combined with black details it looks so good. But right now i have had about 2-3 cars pre my M235i and all of them has been white, My whole family is driving white bmws. So would love something different but i'm not sure

See, this is why I don't like the color palette BMW is offering.

It's missing proper blue like LMB, red, and if they went with LBB they should have thrown in Donington Grey instead of MG.

Out of the four colors available, I'd go with AW. MG is boring, BSM is a PITA to maintain, LBB is... umm, dunno what to think about it.

Thats where I am. I change between AW and LBB 10 times per day. BsM is out. Grey I like the idea of it as a daily but its a boring grey to me.

LBB looks so different between light conditions, indoors/outdoors. I think in the UK it will look a lot darker most of the time.

OK.. it's an X6M. Not even something similar is size and shape. However, it's video and quite a bit of it with yards and yards of LBB. Oh yea.. I think there was a Benz in there somewhere too. (and.. if they can make this monster handle, think what the M2 will be like)

Depending on my life and what's available in 2018, I could see myself in an M2. If the color choices are the same, it will be very hard to choose and I'll have to see them all in person (not necessarily on an M2).
I don't want a cop magnet so that would lead me to MG, but I just do not like it on the M235i so I can't imagine I'll like it much more on an M2.
LBB is loud but looks fantastic. I would just be worried about the extra attention since I drive rather rapidly most of the time.
Black is just straight up out for me as our SQ5 is phantom black and upkeep is a bitch, even if it does look great.

So that leaves AW, which is what I have on my M235i. I love it in that color and if these are the options in 2018, I would go with AW. I'm just hoping some other colors become available by that time to make things interesting. Donington grey or a Ti silver would be a lock for me.

My "is" is AW and I love it but the LBB is really winning me over. Wife hates it but she might have to deal. That said, I have always done grey or white, and the LBB would be a real change. I feel the same as others do about it as a DD, but the lines on the car and the body work is so incredible, why hide it with black or grey...

LBB tops, then AW if it could pose marital issues =D
