Same here, but that's not the reason why the car was left in gear.

This is not the case in Germany, thankfully.

Even in driving school, we learn to always leave a car in gear for additional safety.
For countries like France, we were told to just leave the car in gear (when parking on a flat surface) and not to use the handbrake at all. BMW's handbrake may (unintentionally) allow for the car to move a bit, but something like a VW won't move at all with the handbrake engaged.

I know it's all about the driver's personal preference but it's corny. You look like you're training to be a super hero when you add these stripes to your car. I know there's a deeper meaning to these colors but cmon man.

MY EYES!!!!

Stripes are for a 16yr old lad's first Austin Metro 1.3 GTA. Not for a real car.

1. Agree stripes look awful
2. Why does the leather look so loose on a new car? Reminds me of Porsche's supple leather option. Yuck!

Not digging it in the blue. Maybe on white it will be a little tiny bit more classy.

Stripes are for tigers. Unless you drive a muscle car.

Honestly, I think this is probably the worst looking car since the E65/E66.
