As nice as the MPE sounds, cannot wait to see what Akra has in store for the M2. Keen to see a titanium system + down pipe offered.

yes.

mpe sounds good, but i am betting that aftermarket companies will be making even better sounding exhausts. now what they will cost god knows. i'm looking forward to seeing what eisenmann, awe, and aa have in store for this car.

What a mean looking car!! Hope you have fun with it!!

That protection film being a dirt catcher is a shame, but that's easily replacable.

I don't understand that generally there is orange peel on BMWs, why is that? It's not particularly "premium"...

What I would do though to get an M2

No! The last system Akrapovic did was for the M5 a few years back and that had an Akrapovic logo on it as it was just a rebranded Akrapovic.

mmmm funny how you can believe word of mouth sometimes (dealer again lol) because I was at my local dealership and said I was considering akra exhaust but the dealer said "buy MPE because akra is the exact same"

I know for sure akrapovic will be making an M2 exhaust. Well at least what they told me like 1 or 2 years ago when i asked them about if they were making an M235i exhaust, Then they said that they were waiting for the release of the M2, So unless they ain't making one right now they will. Would be crazy not to do so, But if they do i hope they will do one that fits the M235i also considering how much the M2 and M235i are similar to each other below. Then akrapovic will be both selling for M2 and M235i owners and making big bucks of it.

I stick with MPE, I just ordered one today with Ti tips , no diffuser..

Easy, factory/dealer warranty(fwiw) and installed rightaway.

Akra=THE BEST, but will be even more $$$$ I think...
