Link works for me -- it shows the wood screw method of removing the restrictor from the stock slave cylinder.

Just had mine done. Noticeable improvement. It now behaves like you would expect a clutch to act, no 2 step feel.

Now to change the tranny oil and see if that helps also.

Same here, it's so much better to drive now! I had the transmission fluid changed at the same time with Pentosin FFL3. Can't say I notice much difference, but I didn't have complaints about the shifting before. Maybe there was a bit of a plasticky feeling going into gear at times that has been improved. I feel like it might also be more consistently notchy going into gear after the fluid change, but also slicker pushing through the notches.

Anyway, I'm very happy with the way the car shifts now and am not going to mess with it. In my 911, the shifting was great when I bought it. Then I installed the OEM short shift kit, went back to stock, tried a couple other options, but it's never been as smooth as it originally was.
