The front of the red one looks off but the back end is spot on.

Note to BMW: The BMW racing M235i rear flare arches need to extend all the way down to the base of the sill if that is your design idea for the M2. |

I LOVE the 1M's fenders or "hips" as the wife refers to them. While the m235i and thoughts of the M2 are slowly growing on me, it's the "hips" I have an issue with. The 1Ms hips are like that of a sexy woman's mid section and small waist and gradually curving outward towards her hips. The M2's hips are like that of a sexy woman whose already had a couple of kids. Yes she still has hips and is sexy, but they're more boxy and don't have that sexy gradual curve leading out to the outer most part. So looking at the 2 series car from a side view it looks plain and sort of flat around the rear fender. The 1's curve bends the light off the paint on the fender and makes you want to view it from a rear quarter view to see those sexy hips.

Bigger brakes Carbon Fiber/lightweight parts Significant body/chassis stiffening Improved cooling Improved transmissions Better seats The F80 is the most highly modified M car yet. The F80 and F30 are completely different driving experiences. The M2 won't be over 400hp and probably won't have all the expensive Carbon Fiber bits (Maybe just the roof if we're lucky) but it will be as much of an M car as any other, and more so than the 1M.
