Another member just said that the EPA hold was released!!! We might get them mid March. Artemis , thoughts?

I'm going in tomorrow to finally place my order. It's for their second customer allocation which they don't have yet but they will document my order anyway so once the allocation opens, it'll get put in for build immediately. I didn't quite get the full picture of if they sold the HEA car as their #1 (and I didn't press for info) so I'm just calling it the second customer allocation but I will find out for sure tomorrow.

Hmm, how could they be prepared to discuss financing as the M2's financial info hasn't been distributed to dealers yet?

Okay, but where is that from? I told my dealer that and they said they've never heard of that.

Be interesting to hear what your target date is. I'm in the UK and ordered mine last week and have quoted March 2017 delivery! Can you still place a new order in the US and have a vehicle delivered this year?

But if you get it earlier, then that's perfectly OK for me. I ain't jealous - I can genuinly enjoy to witness someone being happy.

Most US dealers haven't received their full customer allocations for the year and further yet, quite a few haven't received any so far if the forums are anything to go by. I'm expecting a May delivery assuming my dealer gets an allocation in March (BMW gives out monthly allocations).

You can probably find a small town dealer to order one through still but you'd be hard pressed to get on the train in this year at some of the larger metro areas. For reference, I put a deposit down the first week of November and was 3rd in my area.

I don't see why not...You're technically not taking delivery so might be ok.

Thanks. Over here you find the dealerships in cities and wealthy towns, this means that both have a strong customer base. UK dealers are thought to be getting 3 or 4 cars each this year and a higher allocation next year. Those receiving cars this year typically ordered 4 or 5 months ago. The wait at many UK dealerships based on UK allocation is now at 2 years for fresh orders.

Well 047 for me as of last night confirmed at US MSRP - Fleet discount through work. MG, 6MT, Exec Package.

I got bumped back down to 3 because the person who backed out changed their mind and one person has a build date already. Here's to hoping 2 allocations in March.

I just got a call from my SA, my car is officially in the order bank. I will have the order number soon. It is slated for April production. Mineral Grey, 6 speed.
