Picked mine up this weekend. Excited to see MPSS's on the car. Drove it around a bunch.

After months of consideration, finally pulled the trigger and put some cash down at my dealer for a MG M2, MT w/ Exec pack. Playing the waiting game now for an allocation, hopeful of delivery by the time spring hits.

Old spoiler off and RKP spoiler on. This was a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Guys, here is the link to the exact one I purchased - which is 100% OEM. I could not be sure of any other version from any other seller as I only have experience of the one I have.

isopropyl alcohol didn't seem to do the job very well. I ended up looking up to see if Goo Gone was safe on paint. Most people seemed to think so, so I used that, and it worked well. I would quickly wipe it off and try to get as much of the adhesive as I could, then do a wipe with alcohol to make sure the Goo Gone was completely removed and not sitting on the paint for long periods. If it's totally safe then you could probably get the adhesive off pretty easy if you were quite liberal with it. Because this spoiler attaches to the top and back it was hard to get lined up perfectly so that everything was even and touching where it needed to be. I thought I had a fool proof way of getting it perfect, but I was wrong. Thankfully removing it was easy when the adhesive was fresh, easy to clean, then a second attempt with new adhesive tape, and I think it's pretty close. It may not be possible to get it 100% perfect if the shape of the part is not perfect. Hard to know for sure. Last edited by akkando; 10-31-2017 at 03:17 PM.. |

Thanks, I think I will take some more pictures when I can. There were a couple imperfections with the spoiler but I decided to live with it. The Diffuser didn't seem to have any imperfections. Both from RKP.
I like that I can see the top of the spoiler in the rear view, looks cool! Last edited by akkando; 10-31-2017 at 04:16 PM.. |

showed up today. can't wait to get this installed along with ASD bypass harness. I asked this in another forum so please excuse the redundancy, has anyone had a down pipe installed by a muffler shop as opposed to going through the dealer? the BMW dealer here is booked solid for over a week.

Megabyte, my chief engineering wooficer, carries out quality control on my newly arrived Fabspeed sports cat and muffler bypass exhaust. I'm just going to wait until my first service then have both installed by my local garage (while I watch).
