Michelin Pilot Super Sport prone to nail puncture?
Stock rear tires on my 2020 M2C less than 8k miles mostly driving the los Angeles freeways.
First the driver side rear got the deep screw, replaced. Now the passenger side with a long thin nail, also toward the inner side, only a slow leak. Fixable or replacement again? |

Could be just bad luck. I had the same issue when I was running PS4S.

One of my rear MPSS picked up two nails in repairable areas earlier this year. Both rears were nearly illegal though so this was a minor inconvenience.
Hoping the Cup2s aren't nail prone... |

Anything on the sidewall and those are really close require replacing the tire b/c the sidewall flexes and opens the plug.
Have you been driving in a new development with new construction? |

More than likely just bad luck. But I get where you are coming from, found a nail and slow leak in my RR MPSS, took in for repair and they actually found 3. Fortunately all were repairable.

The stickier the tire, the softer the compound, the more nails and stuff you get.
