Last summer my CA at Bellevue told me, there are 20 people on waiting list but he also says that's like 10 at best cause half will drop out after the car comes in due to the above reasonings.

Does that dealer require a non-refundable deposit to be put on the waiting list? Last month the sales manager at Sun Motor Cars said their allocations were booked up until June 2019 and asked me for a $1000 deposit to get on the waiting list. I was like "nope" and went elsewhere.
