I still don't really understand all these modes.
I go for Sport+ and then press the DSC button quickly so 'Traction' appears.
You have to be careful driving on track with some of the nanny controls acting too instrusively as it can overheat the brakes, especially the rear ones which are quite puny caliper-wise.
