Why?
I'm going to put a little oil on it soon. I've only driven the car a few hundred miles since I dropped int he K&N filter. I don't live in an area with a lot of dust or anything like that.
It came completely slathered in oil, and I've read many instances of folks having issues with the oil getting on the MAF sensor wire and screwing it up. |
The oil is the filter for the small stuff. The gauze is just for the big stuff
