I'm late to the thread, but can someone comment on the order the bolt, washer, nut go through the two frame pieces?
From outside to inside, is it Bolt, washer, frame piece 1, spider washer, and then frame piece 2?
I took mine apart and now don't recall how it was put together...duh.
