Not a full review but I have swapped cars albeit v briefly with GWM2 [active on here].
Mine has MPerf coilovers and GWM2 OGM2 had AST 5100 and he has them also now on his M2C.
At the time, GWM2 car's AST ride was definitely softer than my car alas I believe he may have had rear damper firmness tweaked upwards after we'd swapped cars.
