I would say his end result on his videos is great, but his methods are a little strange sometimes (doesn't necessarily mean bad or wrong).
I personally haven't used AMMO NYC products, so I can't attest to them, but Adam's are the standard for off-the-shelf premium detailing stuff. Unless you're doing some ceramic coatings, or need to cut the paint, Adam's is hard to beat.
