Ok, I must be an idiot. With that said I have a 2017 M2 PE that came with the M Performance Suspension. To me the car sits about as high as stock, I would like to lower it using the supplied wrench, I have had coil overs before but the BMW stuff has these damn locking rings with a set screw to secure them, which other after market coil over don't have. I did come across some instructions that says to dismantle the locking rings held in place by a set screw, which to me means remove them, but then goes on to say, after setting the height, re-torque the locking ring to 1-2 Nm, which leads me to believe that dismantle means unscrew the set screw. I just don't want to go through the trouble of figuring this out with no real guidance, I have searched and came up empty as far as helpful information goes. So help please! Thanks.
