He stopped at first, than just evaded and tried to get away. I’m sure it’s assault on a peace officer w/ a vehicle or whatever the code is. Driver is a tool tho, you get caught doing stupid shit you pull over. Simple. But honesty imho the officer is a bigger moron. You don’t jump in front of a moving car trying to be superman. Its freaking times square, traffic up the ass with a cop on every street, cameras up the kazzoo. Just call it in the radio and dude wouldve been caught real quick. What if he got run over and got paralyzed, you think it’s worth it over a traffic violation.
