Also, I noticed that I can make it backfire easier if I let off the gas exactly when the needle hits 4500rpm in 2nd gear... If I try to do it at 5000rpm it works maybe 1 out of 5 times.
I have DCT, not sure if that makes a difference compared to the MT.
