I actually worried his note to me was a typo so I wrote him back to clarify it was 59% and not 49% and he confirmed based on the documents he had from BMW Canada.
Maybe it's different in Canada? Maybe he keeps reading the BMW documents incorrectly? Maybe this thread is a big conspiracy by Audi and MB?
It's a big mystery at this point... all I know is the lease rate on my M2 will be 61% residual and the payment is $500/month less than my M4
