Exactly and the weight is added at the lowest point possible plus it's capable of higher torque than the MT, it also has an added transmission cooler which the MT doesn't have and it's just faster in any way. Tested it at Assen Moto GP my DCT vs my mate's 6MT M2, he is a way better driver than I am, and I don't find myself a rookie anymore either lol but on the straights I was a tad faster, running a bit in on him....


But 6MT gives you more 'connection' etc. I know...I had an E46 M3 6MT, E90 M3 6MT and 1M in the past. Tell me about it.

Though throttleblip and hill assist are features in the 6MT M2 which I find a bit not so authentic and not so oldskool. And 6MT is an almost 7K euros(!) option overhere.

I always thought it was crazy that MT was paid option in some markets...and a crazy expensive one at that!
