This isn't the first or probably the last time that has happened but it is a real indication that BMW needs to address this issue with their dealers. They have a checklist that they are supposed to follow on a PDI, how they can miss something like this when they have a check list they sign off on it amazing to me. Sloppy work. I would call BMW NA and let them know this happened so they are aware that the dealer isn't doing their job properly.
