Carbon Fiber/lightweight parts
Significant body/chassis stiffening
Improved cooling
Improved transmissions
Better seats

The F80 is the most highly modified M car yet. The F80 and F30 are completely different driving experiences. The M2 won't be over 400hp and probably won't have all the expensive Carbon Fiber bits (Maybe just the roof if we're lucky) but it will be as much of an M car as any other, and more so than the 1M.
