I’m not a huge guy (6’0” 175), but that’s one of the reasons I sold mine back in 2007. It gets tight and you are hyper aware that any crash will end very poorly for you.
But a Miata is even tighter. I’m a convertibles guy and it’s tough to find a great one at any price point. You should try an older Z4M or Boxster and mod it.
