Before I bought my M2, I had a 2007 997 Turbo. Neither car is my daily driver - that job goes to my 2016 Nissan Desert Runner pickup. Driving the Porsche on the street was a real challenge, because every time you really got on it, you'd be going 110 mph in no time! Obviously, the M2 isn't quite as fast, but its still plenty fast for me. Ultimately, I gave up the Porsche due to the high maintenance costs. In my opinion, the M2 is much more fun to drive.
