It is quite easy to get there.

The Houston example has a large mark up of course.

The .2 may base @ $144k. However, there are quite a few 'must have' options; Carbon Buckets, Full Leather (cannot imagine a car at this price point without ~ GT3 or not), Lift, etc. For me PCCBs are must have this round.
