I doubt this will be the case as CF will not be used in many places. We have a heavier engine, bigger brakes, reinforced chassis and suspension, quad exhausts.

So far, I think the only CF bit that is pretty much confirmed is the crankshaft. If we get a CF roof that will help a bit, but I'd expect the M2 to weight more then M235i tbh
