M3 has a better sound and high revving motor but the lack of torque sucks for a street car/daily driver and the M2 fixes that. If you had a e90 you'd miss the extra space and room but thats not the case it seems.
E92 interior uses nicer materials but the layout, menus and buttons are now dated a bit.
