I think the MTX-1015 superseded the MT-4015, and is now what MirrorTap is selling on their website for all BMWs. The 0.075" leads ended up being too short, so I used longer 0.060" leads and everything works great!

I think you have those measurements backwards but yea I ordered same PN MTX-1015. Its definitely the longest leads that you use on the black connector. Just did it today. |

No, those are the measurements. On my package of 4 sets of leads, each set was a different thickness. I started with the thickest leads (0.075" according to the package), but they weren't long enough to make a good connection. The next smaller thickness (0.060" thick) were longer than the 0.075" set, and that did the trick.
