I hear people say this, but for my use case they’re great.
I run AS tires from Nov-March when average temps are below 50F and get much better grip from them on the street than my summers. They’re also better than snow tires bc they’re less squishy and last longer. If we more than a couple inches of snow, I hop in our SUV that I put CrossClimate2’s on.
Running Conti DWS06+ as my AS tire and it’s great. When April hits, the summers go on.
