When you dyno a car, it ceases to be bhp and it becomes whp. Bhp is what the
engine makes at the flywheel. So 365bhp is what the m2's
engine has from factory. Whp is what the entire car (not just the engine) actually puts down at the
wheels on a dyno. Bhp is typically 15% higher than whp on a rwd car. They're
not interchangeable terms, nor should they be used together. You can't have 393bhp at the wheels. You can either have 393bph or 334whp.
