BMW will be HAPPY to lease you an M3/M4 or an M235 for probably a much better deal than an M2 because those are their mass market vehicles.
1M, M2, M4 GTS are cars that are designed for track use and are speciality niche cars. You don't cheapen these cars by making them lease deals like a Honda Civic or Acura ILX

I believe the M4 GTS will be able to be leased. I was looking at a bulletin today and I am 99% sure it can be. Will check back tomorrow.
