Having both M2 and the 1st gen RS3, I personally think understeer in city driving is not bad, you can push all the way untill the front tells you that you are near the limit. The 5-cylinder is a master piece, sound is nice too even for my old car! Of course, the new M2 is better as there is a 4-year difference.
