Eibachs lower the car about 1 inch all around, as this thread discusses. There is no adjustability--you would need a coilover kit for that. Also from this thread, the consensus seems to be that with either the Eibachs or the H&R springs (which lower the car closer to .8 in the front, 1.0 in the back), the best spacers for a flush look are 12mm in the front, 10mm in the back. Turner makes a good spacer, with an extended hub, that is on sale this coming week, in those widths.
