Update on my situation:
Vorshlag did not find anything wrong with the camber plate and noted that a dealer used alternative camber plates, dinan, GC, and vorshlag with the same noise. They believe it is something that seems to be dampened by the stock top hat but not any of the other camber kits.
Here is a video of the noise when the shock is compressing. The louder noises are from the jack going up and down from the center point, but the softer noise is coming from the shock assembly area.
I am stumped as stock top hats are virtually noise-free but with the camber kit installed more than once to confirm proper fitment, it makes this noise.
