I use a Garmin Virb and a headrest mount similar to those linked above. The Garmin has GPS and accelerometer built in and I think you can connect it to a bluetooth ODB reader but I haven't.
The Garmin GPS isn't super accurate so I have Harry's running on my phone with a DUAL GPS for more accurate lap timing.
