Here are three shots of my car in different light. I find that it's a very true blue at night and in the dark. In direct sunlight, it's a metallic, lighter blue. At dusk and in cloudier weather, it has more of a turquoise color. Hope this helps! I love the color and would not change it if I could go back. It gets a ton of compliments!
